Processing Times

Each item is made with care. Processing times are:

  • Ready-to-ship items: 2–5 business days

  • Made-to-order or custom items: 7-21 business days

  • Processing times may be extended during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods.

We will always do our best to meet these timelines.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times (after your order has shipped):

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Local Delivery/Pickup: If offered, details will be provided at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refused shipments

If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for delivery delays, stolen packages, or lost mail.

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

Preorders

If your order contains a preorder item, the entire order will ship once the preorder item is ready unless otherwise stated.
