- Pick your designs Choose fonts, icons and items. You'll see a design preview of your menu before the day.
- We set up We bring the machine, tables and display. All we need is a spot near an outlet.
- Guests take it home Every piece is stitched on the spot — a favor people actually keep.

Questions we get a lot
What do you need from us on the day?
Just a spot about 6 feet wide near an outlet. We bring our own tables, linens and extension cords — or we'll happily use your linens to match the decor.
How many guests can you get to?
We stitch about 10–15 pieces an hour, depending on the design. For bigger guest lists we can add time or pre-stitch some pieces so everyone goes home with something.
How is pricing determined?
Live embroidery starts at $500 for a 2-hour event. Your final quote depends on guest count, location and event length — send us your details and we'll put one together.
Can guests bring their own items?
Yes — denim, hats, totes and most cotton pieces work great. No Satin or Silk. We can also supply blanks or use ones you supply.
How does payment work?
Once your details are confirmed, we send a formal invoice via shopify. You can pay in full or make a 50% deposit to lock in your date and pay second 50% day of event.
